SSAS Restore abf file access denied

If you encounter an access denied error for the abf file during Power Update restoring an Excel Power Pivot workbook to an SSAS Tabular server, make sure that account that the SSAS windows service runs under has full access to the C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Temp\Power Update folder:
- Go to Control Panel\Administrative Tools\Services\SQL Server Analysis Services\Properties\Log On
- Copy the account name (or user SYSTEM in case it's set to the local system account)
- Right click on the C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Temp\Power Update in explorer, Properties\Security, Edit, Add the copied account with Full access
